1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the website axionixtechnology.com or engaging services from Axionix Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Axionix Technology ("Agency", "we", "us"), a digital marketing agency based in Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Services Provided

Axionix Technology provides the following digital marketing services:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) — local, national, and technical SEO
• Google Ads and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management
• Social media marketing and management
• Web design and development
• Content marketing and copywriting

The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each client engagement will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal document provided before work commences.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their business
• Grant necessary access to websites, social media accounts, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other required platforms
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner (within 5 business days unless otherwise agreed)
• Pay invoices on time as per the agreed payment schedule
• Not engage in any activity that violates Google's, Meta's, or any platform's terms of service
• Communicate changes in business direction, products, or target audience promptly

4. Payment Terms

• All fees are agreed upon in writing before work commences
• Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month in advance
• Project-based fees require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a late fee of 2% per month
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated in writing
• Google Ads and other advertising budgets are separate from management fees and are paid directly by the client to the platform

5. Results and Performance

While Axionix Technology employs proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including:

• Search engine algorithm updates
• Market competition and competitive landscape
• Quality and relevance of the client's products or services
• Client's website technical infrastructure
• Industry seasonality and market conditions

Any results, rankings, or outcomes mentioned on our website represent past client experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables specifically created for them (website designs, written content, ad creatives)
• Axionix Technology retains ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, and processes used to deliver services
• The client grants Axionix Technology the right to reference the client relationship and results in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation continues for 2 years after the termination of services.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice
• Axionix Technology reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these terms, engages in illegal activity, or fails to make payment
• Upon termination, the client will receive all work completed and paid for up to the termination date
• Deposits and fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axionix Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
